District Court judgments do not attach to real estate unless they are recorded in Circuit Court (Baltimore City is the exception). We can retrieve District Court documents by separate invoice. If you are not already doing so, you can also order judgment and lien information for both courts through Property Insight (a copy of their Information Request Form can be reviewed on our “Title Services” page).
